Damn right now hold 4 sets of this steel armor so I can loot the rest of the bodies.

I took her to raid a cave with me and she died.

I don’t know if she got taken out by the bandits… or I accidentally chopped her up in the fray. Look, there were four bandits, one of which was an Orc with a Battle Axe… these things happen so fast.

Damn, my companions like…never die. These crazy ass dwemer thingamajigs came after us and she got a little winded and crouched for a sec and then BAM she’s back up. 

 ^^^

I thought for a second that they couldn’t die, because for me I if they got KO’d  they’d get right back up lol. Hmm paranoid now…

Things die near me. Horses, Companions, Guards, Imperials…

lol I actually googled to see if they could die, and what I basically kept seeing was: Companions are far more likely to die from friendly fire than from something else killing them. Because when they go down on one knee, it makes most enemies leave them alone and find another target, but a lot of times people are fighting close to them and accidentally hit them instead of monsters, and that just flat out kills them. 

And that is how my Lydia died during our first quest together. Buh-bye, RIP!
